Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC)

The Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) is established in order to help facilitate the provision of special education and related services to meet the unique needs of special education students. WAC 392-172A-07060 provides additional information on the establishment and purpose of SEAC.

If you are interested in being considered as a member of SEAC, please complete an application and submit to the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, along with a copy of your resume.

If you have questions about SEAC, or if you would like to provide input or information to SEAC contact SEAC@k12.wa.us.

Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) – July Meeting

The Washington State Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) will be holding a meeting July 19, 2018 8:15–4:15, at the Capital Event Center, 6005 Tyee Dr SW, Tumwater, WA. The meeting is open to members of the public who have an interest in Washington special education services.

The agenda for the meeting will be posted on the SEAC Web page the first week of July. Please check the SEAC web page for helpful information about the SEAC. If you have more questions, please contact the SEAC at their email address SEAC@k12.wa.us.
